Privacy policy
The German version is legally binding.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is Vanja Lalos (MatLuk Development, sole proprietor), Altkönigstraße 11, 65779 Kelkheim (Taunus), Germany. Contact: hallo@klaramt.de.
2. Hosting
This website is served by Netlify, Inc. (44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA). On every request Netlify processes technical access data: your IP address, user agent, requested URL, and a timestamp. The processing serves the secure and stable delivery of the website.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). Transfer to the USA: Netlify is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision, Art. 45 GDPR) with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in place as a complementary mechanism (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). Retention of access logs: in accordance with Netlify's log policy, generally for a short period (typically up to 7 days).
3. Early access (email signup)
When you sign up for early access we store your email address, the page's language, the value of the "src" URL parameter (if present), a timestamp, and — as proof of consent — a hashed form of your IP address and your user-agent string.
Purpose: we send you one notification when KlarAmt is unlocked for you. We do not run a newsletter.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). We use a double opt-in: your signup is only effective after you confirm it via a link sent to your email.
We keep the proof of your consent (time, hashed IP address, browser string) on the basis of Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 7(1) GDPR: we must be able to demonstrate that you consented.
This data is stored on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, which processes it on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR).
Retention: unconfirmed signups are deleted after 7 days at the latest. Confirmed signups are kept until you unsubscribe, or until 30 days after the launch notification at the latest.
Withdrawal: you can withdraw your consent at any time — via the unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to us.
4. Email delivery
To send the confirmation email and the launch email we use Resend, Inc. (2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA) as a processor. Mail is sent through Resend's EU region, from the domain send.klaramt.de. For this, Resend processes your email address and the content of the message. Open and click tracking are switched off.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 28 GDPR. Where Resend, as a US company, transfers data to the USA in the process, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).
5. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and loads no third-party content. There is no analytics, no tracking, no sharing with advertising or analytics providers. That is why we do not show you a consent banner.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), as well as the right to object (Art. 21) and to withdraw a consent you have given (Art. 7(3)). To exercise these rights please contact us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority, for example: Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Postfach 3163, 65021 Wiesbaden, Germany.
